THOMAS M. HART III

President and Chief Executive Officer

Tom has served as Chief Executive Officer of Jonah Energy since our inception in May 2014.

From 2012 to 2014, Tom led the business development, asset evaluation and capital formation efforts that ultimately led to Jonah Energy’s creation.

Tom previously spent 10 years as a senior executive with El Paso Corporation prior to its merger with Kinder Morgan, Inc.  He began his career as an attorney in the corporate and securities group of Andrews Kurth, LLP.

Tom holds a BA from Trinity University and MBA and Law degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

In addition to serving on Jonah's Board of Directors, Tom serves on the Board of the American Exploration & Production Council, the Trinity University Business School Advisory Council and the Keystone School Board of Trustees.  He previously served on the Boards of Oil Tanking Partners, L.P., Four Star Oil & Gas Co., the US Oil & Gas Association, and the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
